ADMISSION PROCESS
Admission to MBBS Course:
Admission to the MBBS program for the academic session 2026–27 is strictly based on merit and eligibility criteria prescribed by the concerned authorities.
Candidates seeking admission must have qualified the NEET-UG 2026 examination, as this is the mandatory entrance requirement for all applicants. Only those candidates who meet the required cutoff and eligibility norms set by the regulatory bodies will be considered for admission.
The application process for admission to the MBBS course at SAHS will be conducted exclusively in online mode. Detailed information regarding the application form, important dates, eligibility criteria, and submission guidelines will be officially notified on the website at the time of admission.
Selection and allotment of seats will be carried out through a counselling process conducted the Government of Manipur. Candidates are required to participate in the counselling process as per the schedule announced by the authority and comply with all necessary procedures, including document verification and seat confirmation.
Admission will be finalized only after successful completion of the counselling process and fulfillment of all eligibility and documentation requirements as per the norms laid down by the competent authorities.
Admission to Postgraduate (PG) Courses
Admission to the Postgraduate (PG) medical courses for the academic session 2026–27 is conducted strictly in accordance with the guidelines and regulations prescribed by the concerned authorities.
Candidates seeking admission must have qualified the NEET-PG 2026 examination, which is the mandatory entrance requirement for all PG programs. Only those candidates who fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria, including academic qualifications and cutoff requirements, will be considered for admission.
The application process for admission to PG courses at SAHS will be conducted entirely in online mode. Detailed notifications regarding application procedures, important dates, eligibility conditions, and other relevant information will be published on the official website at the time of admission.
The selection and allotment of seats will be carried out through a centralized counselling process conducted by the counselling authority designated by the Government of Manipur. Candidates must participate in the counselling process as per the notified schedule and complete all required formalities, including document verification and seat confirmation.
Final admission will be granted only after the successful completion of the counselling process and verification of all necessary documents, in compliance with the norms and regulations of the competent authorities.

Shija Academy of Health Sciences is proposing to affiliate with Manipur University, Canchipur, Imphal. Manipur University is a Central University located in Canchipur, Imphal, Manipur, India. It was established on 05th June 1980, under the Manipur University Act, 1980, as a teaching-cum-affiliating University with territorial jurisdiction over the state of Manipur. The University has issued Consent of Affiliation vide No. MU/COA/MC/2020 dated 28th November 2020 along with the revised Consent of Affiliation dated the 11th August 2021 to the SHIJA ACADEMY OF HEALTH SCIENCES with 150 Students Intake in MBBS Course.
