The Anti-Ragging Squad Committee of SHIJA ACADEMY OF HEALTH SCIENCES, Langol, Imphal is reconstituted as follows:

The above members have been appointed for Anti - Ragging Squad Committee. They are requested to follow the guidelines as given below.
Guidelines:
- Members are requested to prevent the ragging in the College and its premises. If anything is found, members are asked to bring it to the notice to the Director immediately.
- Members and Staffs are directed to follow and act accordingly to the law of Anti-Ragging act.
- Frequent rounds in the College Campus and surroundings.
- Keep close watch on the visitors of non-students.
- Conduct awareness program among the students and counsel them if necessary.
- Organize meeting with the students especially with girls to advise them to regulate their own movements and interactions, especially with strangers or undesirable characters.
- Advice the girl students to communicate with their parents and faculty, if any sort of ragging occurs.
- If any type of ragging happens, immediately conduct meeting and recommend appropriate action to be taken as per the Act of Prohibition of ragging in Educational Institutions to the concern authorities.
- Convener is requested to conduct committee meeting frequently and discuss day to day situation in the campus and inform to the higher authorities.
- Create peaceful and ragging free atmosphere in the College / Surroundings / Premises.
